Love my woven strap which is beautiful and indestructible. I have had questions when ordering. Communicating with the office is like dealing with a local small business. I had ordered two items more than a few days apart and knew I was charged shipping charges on each one and didn't mind. About a week later I received a credit on my cc and wrote a quick note to the company thinking one of the items was not available. They answered immediately to let me know that they were combining the two orders to save me the shipping and returned the $. So cool that there are genuinely good people in this world. I am really happy with everything, I particularly love that I got everything I need and it is abolutely matching! The shipping took a bit longer then expected but it was just because it had a long way to Germany.
Love all of the designs that you offer and the quality but unfortunately on one of the straps (the olive green one with black) the metal ring that attaches to the camera must of caught something and extended very large before I noticed it and it almost dis engaged from the camera. I was lucky to catch it before the whole thing detached with my zoom lens attached. I am holding it together with a twiss tie around it now. I’m not sure how another circle could be installed at this point as the rope is quite thick.
